Knowledge Bank Administration (Old Knowledge Bank)

Knowledge Bank is a knowledge management system used for the exchange of employee information within the organization, allowing users to post discussions, query internal subject matter experts, review proprietary documentation, and consult online resources. It includes:

  • Moderated discussion forums
  • Strict control over access (by forum and by level of access (Read Only, Read-Write, etc.)
  • Expert Query tool to align subject matter experts with those seeking expertise

  1. Search - to search for existing Knowledge Bank
  2. Create New Topic- to create a new Knowledge Bank
  3. Expand icon - to view subordinate Knowledge Bank, only Knowledge Bank with subordinate/children will display the expand icon
  4. Edit - to make changes to existing Knowledge Bank
  5. Delete - to remove an existing Knowledge Bank
