In 2019, Cornerstone will remove the option to load Compensation data via the Data Load Wizard (DLW). The exact timing of this is yet to be determined but will be announced in advance to give clients time to plan. To load Compensation data, clients will need to use the new Edge Import Employee Salary Load tool which was made available in the August '18 Release to clients with Compensation or Cornerstone HR and Data Load Wizard (DLW). Once the deprecation date is finalized, a message will be displayed to the DLW Salary Load interface, reminding clients of the upcoming deprecation date. |
Discontinuation of New Fields Added to Custom Reports | N/A | Following, the February ’19 release, no new fields will be added to Custom Reports. Any new fields will only be added to Reporting 2.0. Custom Reports will continue to function as they currently do and no fields will be removed with this change. |
Display Preferences Theme and Logo Page - Usability Enhancements | Yes | With this enhancement, the gradient user interface (UI) is updated to better reflect what each gradient option does in order to help reduce confusion when enabling this functionality. |

This enhancement was released with the 30 November 2018 patch. With this enhancement, a new Question Mark icon is now available in the Options column when viewing the Marketing Communications page. Administrators can select this icon to view the modification history of the marketing email or template. |
Partner Access Administration | Yes |
This functionality will be released in a post-release patch. With this enhancement, partner access to configure or administer a portal is now controlled directly by the client administrator through the new Partner Access Control page. Partners who require administrator access to configure a portal now request the client to add them and will no longer be administered by Cornerstone. |

This enables organizations using ADP Workforce Now as their HCM to quickly purchase, configure, and enable single sign-on (SSO) from ADP WFN to Cornerstone. |

This enhancement was released as part of the 14 December 2018 Patch Release. This enhancement fixes an issue that was preventing InMail and notes from LinkedIn from appearing in Cornerstone. In some cases, the email addresses of LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect users are not being passed from LinkedIn to Cornerstone. To address this issue, administrators will be able to manually identify which Cornerstone users should be associated with seats in LinkedIn Recruiter. |

This enhancement will be available in a post release patch. A new Add/Move to Requisition link will be added to the resume carousel on the Manage Candidates page. Clicking this link opens a flyout that will add or move the candidate whose resume was displayed on the resume carousel. There is also an option to Add/Move to Requisition in the More drop-down at the top of the Manage Candidates table. This link allows recruiters to select multiple candidates to add or move to a new requisition or requisitions. |

This was announced as part of the October '18 release for the Manage Candidates (Early Adopter) Configurable Columns enhancement and became available with the 9 November 2018 Patch Release. With this enhancement, you can save your filter settings as default so that the Manage Candidates page is always filtered by the jobs, candidate statuses, and applicant flags you want to view. This is especially helpful when viewing large volumes of candidates across multiple jobs. |
Mobile-Friendly Candidate Experience - Branched Prescreening Questions | Yes, after activating Mobile-Friendly Candidate Experience |
With this enhancement, you can now create branched prescreening questions for application workflows. Branched prescreening questions enables you to show or hide follow-up questions based on a candidate’s answer to the previous question. For example, if a candidate answers “Have you worked at this organization before?” with “Yes,” then you can ask them follow-up questions such as “In what department?”, “What dates were you at the company?”, and more. |

This enhancement was released as part of the 4 January 2019 Patch Release. With this enhancement, the file size has been increased to 10 MB. This allows candidates to upload larger attachments to their applications. |

With this enhancement, you can now mark most prescreening questions as Required or leave them as optional, with the exception of the Title and Instructions question type when configuring a mobile-friendly application. This enhancement will be available in a post-release patch. One-Click Apply with Stepstone delivers a seamless candidate experience with the ability to send job board application data to Cornerstone, enabling candidates to directly apply to requisitions using their information from job boards. |
Retirement of the Old Apply with LinkedIn |
LinkedIn has sunset their current version of Apply with LinkedIn at the end of 2018. Clients who have a LinkedIn Recruiter contract, or a LinkedIn corporate account with active LinkedIn job slots, can leverage the new Apply with LinkedIn (With Apply Starters). The new Apply with LinkedIn (With Apply Starters) will only be supported on mobile friendly workflows. For more information, see Apply with LinkedIn (With Apply Starters). |

This enhancement will be available in a post-release patch. Validity periods can be configured for background check integrations. This enhancement saves time and money with the ability to set a specified validity period for background screenings so that candidates applying to multiple jobs only need to complete screenings initially and upon expiration. |
