About the Skills Graph library

The Skills Graph library is a skills taxonomy that offers a comprehensive ontology of skills, which is designed to apply to the majority of use cases in your organization. With a rich dataset of skills and roles from various industries, Skills Graph helps organizations save time and effort that is usually required to build and maintain an organization’s skills taxonomy.

The Skills Graph library is interchangeably referred to as the 'default library' in Cornerstone Skills Studio. By browsing this library, Skills Administrators can build a personalized skills library with intelligent recommendations for users, with a few clicks.

It is powered by an AI engine that maps the complete picture of your organization's skills across people, positions, and learning content, enabling organizations to fully understand their people and improve talent programs with skill-oriented decision making. Skills Graph periodically analyzes learning content to suggest new recommendations for a skill.

The Skills Graph library boasts of a collection of over 51,000 skills across more than 200 different categories.
