Batch Process Page

The Batch Process page allows recruiters to process actions for each group on the page. The page is separated into the following tabs, depending on the number of groups selected in the Number of Selection Buttons drop-down on the Manage Applicants page:

  • Group 1 ([number of applicants in group 1])
  • Group 2 ([number of applicants in group 2])
  • Group 3 ([number of applicants in group 3])

Using the Actions drop-down on the page, multiple actions can be processed per group. In addition, recruiters can view an applicant's resume/CV, as well as their current applicant status.

The Batch Process page is accessed by clicking the Batch Process option in the Actions drop-down.

The following information displays on the page:

Feature Description
Group 1 Tab This tab displays all applicants in Group 1. The number of applicants displays in parentheses in the tab name. Click the tab to view and process actions for the applicants. Note: If an applicant's status is changed to Hired or Closed, the applicant is no longer included in the applicant count for the group.
Group 2 Tab This tab displays all applicants in Group 2. The number of applicants displays in parentheses in the tab name. Click the tab to view and process actions for the applicants. Note: If an applicant's status is changed to Hired or Closed, the applicant is no longer included in the applicant count for the group.
Group 3 Tab This tab displays all applicants in Group 3. The number of applicants displays in parentheses in the tab name. Click the tab to view and process actions for the applicants. Note: If an applicant's status is changed to Hired or Closed, the applicant is no longer included in the applicant count for the group.
Actions

The Actions drop-down enables recruiters to select and process actions for the applicants in the group. Multiple actions can be processed for a single group. The actions selected in the drop-down apply to the entire group. Once the action is applied, the Details table displays for the action. The Details table indicates whether or not the action was successful for each applicant.

The following actions are available in the drop-down, depending on the recruiter's permissions:

  • Add to Requisition
  • Assign Assessment Task
  • Assign SHL Assessment
  • Assign Training
  • Change Status
  • Move to Requisition
  • Send Email

Note: The Compare Candidates action is not available from the Batch Process page. This action is only available from the Actions drop-down on the Manage Applicants page when using the action for a single batch of applicants or individual applicants.

Applicants Table

The following columns display in the Applicants table:

  • Remove - Click the Remove icon to delete the applicant from the group. This does not delete the applicant from the requisition. If all applicants are removed from the group, the group's tab automatically closes.
  • Name - This column displays the applicant's name as a link. Clicking the link opens the Applicant Profile page. When navigating between the Batch Process page and the Applicant Profile page, selections made on the Batch Process page are preserved.
  • Resume/CV - This column displays a linked icon that opens the applicant's resume or curriculum vitae (CV). If a resume/CV was not included with the application, then the column is blank for the applicant.
  • Current Status - This column displays the applicant's current status in the applicant status workflow.
Back Click Back to return to the Manage Applicants page or the Applicant Profile page, depending on how the Batch Process page was accessed. Any processing actions made on the Batch Process page are saved.
Close Tab

Click Close Tab to close the group tab that is currently open. Any processing actions made on the tab are saved.

When the tab is closed, the next available tab displays. If there are no tabs left to display, then clicking Close Tab returns the recruiter to the Manage Applicants page.
