With this enhancement, when a default password is enabled for a portal, then the checkbox “Assign default password to new users” will be checked and disabled, and radio buttons for Top Corporate Password or custom password will no longer display for Data Load Wizard User Loads. Production and pilot rollout is delayed and is now targeted for the October ’21 Release time frame. This functionality is currently available to test in stage environments. |
Default Password Management | Yes, for portals that have a default password enabled |
With this enhancement, a new Default Password Management tab will be visible on the existing Password Preferences page. Here, administrators can set a portal-wide default password or configure a default password by organizational unit (OU), change the default password, and manage default password rules such as lifespan and expiration date. Furthermore, default passwords must comply with the password complexity rules defined on the General tab in Password Preferences. Administrators can use the Default Password Email Reminder Template in Email Administration to setup email reminders to be notified prior to default password expiration. Production and pilot rollout is delayed and is now targeted for the October ’21 Release time frame. This functionality is currently available to test in stage environments. |

Reset Candidate Password Enhancement | Yes |
With this enhancement, when a candidate password is reset, the system will now validate that the new password is unique and does not duplicate a previously used password for the account. Prior to this enhancement, there was no such validation when a candidate's password was reset. Upon implementation, this enhancement is on by default for customers that have a default password set for their portal; this will be a phased rollout by swimlane and will follow the same rollout schedule as the Default Password Management enhancement. Customers that do not have a default password set for their portal will not be impacted by this enhancement. |
Resume Snapshot | Yes |
With this enhancement, candidate application data will now reliably reflect the application data as it is submitted. This means that parsed resume fields will no longer be overwritten by subsequent application’s resumes. Universal Profile resume data will continue to reflect the most recently submitted application resume. The parsed fields will now always be updated to match the submitted resume. Any updates will be visible across the candidate's applications, as well as in any applicable fields on the Universal Profile. |
