Ability to Restrict Access to Applicant Profile Page
Applicant Profile may contain sensitive data like Offer Letters, Candidate Documents, and Feedback. Prior to this enhancement assigning users to roles like Interviewers, Hiring Managers and Reviewers allows the users to access the Applicant profile which can be a compliance concern if these users are not supposed to access sensitive data.
With this enhancement, administrators can restrict applicant profile access for dynamic roles by selecting a new Restrict Applicant Profile Access for Dynamic Roles option. This option appears on the Requisition and Application Preferences page in the Compliance Preferences section.

Once enabled, users assigned as reviewers, hiring managers, and interviewers in the requisition cannot access the Applicant Profile page from the Manage Candidates page or the Interview Manager Page.

This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations using the Recruiting module.
