Reporting 2.0 - Snapshot Retention Policy

Previously, Reporting 2.0 snapshots were saved for an unlimited amount of time, impacting storage and performance.

With the July ‘24 Release (July 26, 2024), a retention policy is being implemented for all pilot and stage portals to retain one year of Reporting 2.0 snapshots. On July 26, 2024, Reporting 2.0 snapshots older than one year will no longer be accessible in all pilot and stage portals. Also, Reporting 2.0 snapshots are no longer copied from production to pilot or to stage when a copy down is requested.

Production portals will observe the one-year retention rule starting with the November ’24 Release (November 22, 2024).

The Reporting 2.0 snapshot pop-up will continue to show the date and time for the past three instances of the report and the number of records returned in the report if the last three instances are within the one-year time frame.
