Auto-Deprecation of Data Load Wizard User/OU Data Loads and Feeds Beginning with the November '24 Release
Data Load Wizard (DLW) User and Organizational Unit (OU) data loads and feeds were deprecated in 2023, with some exceptions. Beginning with the November ’24 Release, the DLW User and OU load types will be fully disabled in all portals as outlined below. Customers are advised to get started with Edge Import, following the latest Migration Guide.
Phase 1 - November ‘24 Release
- Disable DLW User/OU load type for all portals where no User/OU DATA FEED has been performed (including delivered files and effected records) on or after 01-September-2024.
- This INCLUDES all portals where only one-time (manual) loads are being conducted.
- No “active” integration using DLW User/OU data feeds will be broken.
Phase 2 - 2025
- All remaining portals, even portals with active User/OU data feeds, will be deprecated.
- Date to be confirmed with the November ‘24 Release.
