What's New for the 22 March 2019 Patch Release

The following is released along with the 22 March 2019 patch release:

Core	Workday Core Data Inbound Integration Enhancements	For organizations using Workday as their HCM and using the Workday Core Data Inbound integration, the following enhancements have been made to the integration: Future-dated new hires are pulled into Cornerstone one week prior to their hire date. This configuration allows organizations to define whether users are added to the Cornerstone system on the user's hire date or a week earlier. Email logs are updated to be more descriptive and intuitive.
Recruiting	Mobile-Friendly Candidate Experience - Branched Prescreening Questions	This enhancement was released as part of the 8 March 2019 Patch Release and is now available in Production portals. With this enhancement, you can create branched prescreening questions for application workflows. Branched prescreening questions enables you to show or hide follow-up questions based on a candidate’s answer to the previous question. For example, if a candidate answers “Have you worked at this organization before?” with “Yes,” then you can ask them follow-up questions such as “In what department?”, “What dates were you at the company?”, and more.
Recruiting	Manage Candidates - Add/Move to Requisition	With this enhancement, you can now add or move candidates to a different requisition on Manage Candidates. This lets you quickly and easily associate candidates to the requisitions for which they are a better fit. This also helps you to keep candidates who might be a good fit for your organization but not for the job to which they applied.
