What's New for the 8 March 2019 Patch Release

The following is released along with the 8 March 2019 patch release:

Module Feature Description
Core ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Single Sign-On (SSO)

With this enhancement, a new ADP Workforce Now Single Sign-On integration is now available from the Edge Marketplace. This enables organizations using ADP Workforce Now as their HCM to quickly purchase, configure, and enable single sign-on (SSO) from ADP WFN to Cornerstone.

Note: Organizations that have already implemented SSO from ADP to Cornerstone do not need to purchase and enable this integration.

Core Workday Core Data Inbound Enhancements

For organizations using Workday as their HCM and using the Workday Core Data Inbound integration, the following enhancements have been made to the integration:

  • Organizations have the option to override the pre-mapped configuration of first name, last name, and prefix. This is helpful for organizations that need to accommodate for family name prefix, such as organizations in Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium. This is also helpful for organizations using English and Chinese names.
  • The OU ID and Manager ID are added to Supervisory OU name based on Workday’s settings. Organizations that leverage Workday's capability of using the OU Manager as the OU name (instead of populating the name field) could benefit from this enhancement.
Learning Correction to “Users Assigned by Dynamic Assignment” User Criteria Logic

A correction has been made to the behavior of the Users Assigned by Dynamic Assignment option for the Learning Assignment Tool.

As of March 8 2019: During the versioning of a material, online course, or curriculum, the user criteria logic of the Users Assigned by Dynamic Assignment option will consider users who meet the following criteria:

  • Are currently in the assignment criteria at the time of versioning
  • Currently have the training on their transcript as a result of the LAT assignment
Recruiting Mobile-Friendly Candidate Experience - Branched Prescreening Questions

Available in Stage portals with the 6 March 2019 Stage release.

Available in Production portals with the 22 March 2019 patch release.

With this enhancement, you can create branched prescreening questions for application workflows. Branched prescreening questions enables you to show or hide follow-up questions based on a candidate’s answer to the previous question. For example, if a candidate answers “Have you worked at this organization before?” with “Yes,” then you can ask them follow-up questions such as “In what department?”, “What dates were you at the company?”, and more.
