Offer Letter Enhancements

With this enhancement, the following new features are added to Offer Letter functionality:

• Position Organizational Unit (OU) is now available as a selection and tag when creating an offer letter.
• Sensitive offer letter elements are available on the Manage Candidate and Applicant Profile pages to users with the appropriate permissions.

Position OUs Available in Offer Letters

Prior to this enhancement, Position OU was not available to recruiters, so they had to enter this information manually.

With this release, Position OU is now available as an selectable option in the offer letter workflow.

Additionally, the OFFER.POSITION tag can be used in an offer letter and offer letter templates to replace the selected Position OU. Onboarding automatically picks up the Position OU in the offer letter.

The Position field is also visible in the Review Offer section on the Offer Letters page.

Sensitive Offer Letter Elements

On the Manage Candidates page, if the offer letter status is configured as sensitive in the requisition, then the Suggested Action option for offer letters is only visible to users with the Applicants: Access Sensitive Statuses permission.​

This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations using the Recruiting module.

Grants ability to access the applicant statuses that are configured as sensitive.

Offer: Edit Letter Content

Grants ability to access and manage the Offer Letter step when creating or editing a job requisition. Grants ability to edit the offer letter content and settings on the Applicant Profile page. To manage offer letter content on a job requisition, this permission must be used in conjunction with the Requisition: Manage permission. To manage offer letter content on the Applicant Profile page, this permission must be used in conjunction with the Offer: Manage Offers permission. This permission cannot be constrained.

Recruiting

Offer: Select Letter Template

Grants ability to select, edit, and modify the offer letter template that is used when generating an offer letter on the Applicant Profile page. This permission must be used in conjunction with the Offer: Manage Offers permission. Users that do not also have the Offer: Manage Offers permission cannot change the template used when generating offer letters. This permission can be constrained by OU and User's OU. Creator constraints apply.

Grants ability to access and manage Offer Letter Template Management. This permission can be constrained by OU and User's OU. Creator constraints apply. This is an administrator permission.
