ILT Events Search - Enhanced Search Title Sort and Toggle Removal​

Prior to this enhancement, the Enhanced Search could be enabled or disabled using an Enhanced Search toggle on the Manage Events page.

With this enhancement, the Enhanced Search toggle has been removed from the Manage Events page, and Enhanced Search is now the default search engine. Administrators can still disable Enhanced Search by going to Admin > Tools > Learning > Learning Preferences > ilt preferences and clearing Activate Enhanced Search logic on the "Manage Events & Sessions / Search All Events" page option.

Additionally, administrators can now sort search results. This can be done by either relevance or by title alphabetically. To initiate this, simply click on the Event Name column.​​

Administrators searching for events have greater control and can sort search results by title when using Enhanced Search.

Yes. Enhanced Search and Traditional Search use different frameworks to produce search results. Therefore, search results may vary when using one framework versus another.
