Reporting Fields - Transcript Capabilities

With the enhancement, administrators can use the new Transcript Capabilities report type in Reporting 2.0. It allows administrators to create reports that show evidence of employees completing training that supports the development of key and critical skills.

Key features of the Transcript Capabilities report type include:

  • The ability to create reports that includes both transcript and capability data.
  • Filtering by specific capabilities to identify which employees are completing training related to those capabilities.
  • Group/summarize/chart to visualize the capabilities employees are achieving.

The following new granular permissions apply to Transcript Capabilities:

  • Reporting - Learning – Transcript Capabilities- View
  • Reporting - Learning – Transcript Capabilities - Manage

The following report Level permissions apply to Transcript Capabilities:

  • Reporting - Learning - TranscriptCapabilitiesReport –View
  • Reporting - Learning – TranscriptCapabilitiesReport – Manage

View permissions can be constrained on:

  • Restrict to User Self and Subordinates
  • Restrict to User’s ILT Provider
  • Restrict to User as Instructor
  • Restrict to User’s Self
  • Restrict to ILT Provider
  • Restrict to User’s Subordinates
  • Restrict to User’s Direct Subordinates
  • Restrict to User’s Corporation
  • Restrict to User’s OU/Group
  • Restrict to Provider
  • Restrict to Instructor
  • Restrict to Training Type
  • Restrict to ILT Provider
  • Restrict to User
  • Restrict to OU/Group
