Reporting 2.0 - Accessibility Enhancements

With this enhancement, the following accessibility enhancements are made for Reporting 2.0 Viewer/Editor:

• Improved visual indicators for keyboard and tab support for screen readers.

• Improved visual and audio feedback for keyboard interactions with filters and operators when using a screen-reader.
