Equal Weighted Average Rating for Goals and Competencies in Review Tasks

With this enhancement, administrators can choose to calculate goals and competencies added in a review task based on equal weighted average.

To enable this option, go to Admin > Tools > Performance Management > Form Sections. Search for and select the appropriate Goal Rating Section or Competency section. Select Edit for the appropriate form section. In the Competency Settings section or the Goal Settings section, under Settings, check Enable Equal Weighted Average.

User 1 has three defined goals for the Annual Performance Review and the ratings are:​

Goal 1 – 2/5​

Goal 2 – 3/5​

Goal 3 – 3/5

Performance Review Form Sections - Manage Grants ability to create and manage performance review questions and sections which are used in performance review tasks. This permission can be constrained by OU and User's OU. This is an administrator permission. Performance - Administration
