"One Player" Inline Experience for Standalone Trainings (Open Beta)
Generally, launching different training types offers different user experiences. Sometimes, it opens a pop-up with the course content; other times, it redirects you to various pages to view the training.
With this enhancement, we are introducing a “one-player” experience that provides a consistent, reliable user experience (UX) when launching a training as a standalone from the transcript. It offers a standardized view to the learners who can complete their training using the same UX across all kinds of content.
The key features of “one-player” functionality are:
- New UI and UX for materials, online courses, videos, and tests.
- Color indicators on transcript statuses when training is completed or past due.
- Consistent breadcrumbs.
- A new modal supporting continuous learning once training is completed.

- Consistent playback experience to make completing training intuitive.
- Modern UI to increase learner engagement and product sentiment.

Any non-supported training types will be launched in the existing experience.

This functionality is only available as Open Beta in Stage portals for all organizations. The functionality is automatically disabled and requires self-activation. To activate, go to .
