Inactive User Handling on Inbox Widget and Test Grader Page
Prior to this enhancement, the “Test Questions Pending Scoring” section of the Inbox widget also counted inactive users. If the numbers were inconsistent, it led to confusion when accessing the Test Grader page.
With this enhancement, inactive users are no longer counted in the “Test Questions Pending Scoring” section of the Inbox widget nor displayed on the Test Grader page by default. The “Test Questions Pending Scoring” section of the Inbox widget only considers active pending scoring users. For the Test Grader page, administrators can choose to view inactive users pending grading by selecting the “Include Inactive Users” checkbox.
How Does this Enhancement Benefit My Organization?
- It provides a decluttered view to focus on active learners who are pending grading.
- It allows consistency in the number of users pending grades shown in the inbox widget and on the Test Grader page.
Implementation
This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations using the Learning module.
Permissions
The following existing permissions apply to this functionality:
