User Record Custom Field Default Value

Previously, when administrators configured a default value for a user record custom field, the User Record page displayed the default value if no other value was explicitly selected for the user. This created confusion when reporting on the custom field because reporting would show a blank value for the user since there was no value for that field stored in the database.

With this enhancement, when administrators configure a default value for a user record custom field, the User Record page will not display the default value unless the value is explicitly selected for the user. This enhancement provides consistency between data displayed on the User Record page and the data output in reporting.
