Security Permission to Bypass Required Group Preview
When the Group Preview functionality is enabled, organizations can make it mandatory for administrators to generate a group preview before they can save any edits to the group.
With this enhancement, Cornerstone has added a permission. When the Group Preview functionality is enabled and the Require Preview Before Saving Edits toggle is enabled in Group Preferences, administrators with this permission can save edits to a Group or publish a draft without generating a preview. Administrators who have this permission and attempt to save a Group without generating a preview will see a confirmation pop-up.

Can administrators with the permission still generate a preview?
Yes, administrators can always choose to generate a preview. For those with this permission, it is optional.
Are users in the default System Administrator role ever required to generate a preview?
No. Because the permission is in the default System Administrator role by default, users in this role will never be required to generate a preview. Customers who want this permission removed completely should open a case with Global Customer Support (GCS).
Implementation
This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations. Upon release, the new permission is automatically granted to the default System Administrator role. Administrators must grant this permission to other roles, if necessary.
