SOAP Transcript API (LOWS.asmx) will be Deprecated with the November '24 Release
Cornerstone's SOAP Transcript API (/webservices/LMS/LOWS.asmx) will be deprecated with the November ’24 Release. This will impact only a subset of API customers.
Customers are encouraged to consult with their local IT team who may have created an integration with Cornerstone using SOAP Transcript APIs. Customers who are impacted by this upcoming change will need to take action prior to this deprecation.
In preparation for the phase out of the Transcript SOAP API (LOWS.asmx), Cornerstone created a guide to help customers migrate integrations from SOAP APIs to the newer REST APIs. REST API are much more secure, flexible, and easier to use.
