Reporting 2.0 - Refresh Actions Disabled When Refresh In Progress
Prior to this enhancement, users on the report viewer page could initiate a report refresh and then click on another report refresh action, even when a report query was still in progress. This led to excessive and unnecessary query executions, resulting in unexpected report results.
With this enhancement, the system restricts access to refresh-related actions when a report query is in progress.
On the Report Landing page, the following actions are disabled when a report query is in progress:
-
Download your report - Schedule for Now
-
Export to Excel

How Does this Enhancement Benefit My Organization?
Disabling the ability to refresh while a report refresh is in progress will reduce the number of report query executions and minimize unexpected report results, contributing to enhanced system performance and ensuring a smoother and more responsive user experience.
