Performance Reviews are a way in which employees are evaluated. Administrators create performance reviews, assign the sections to include, and provide due dates for the reviewer and reviewees. Once the administrator creates the performance review, managers can set it up to be sent to reviewers. A performance review may include goals, competencies, a development plan, a questions list, and a sign-off page. Performance reviews also include deadline dates for each part of the review.
