Waitlists are part of the Learning solution and contain the list of users who attempted to register for a session that has no available roster spaces. Users join the waitlist in order to be added to the roster if any spaces become available.

There are two ways administrators view the waitlist:

  1. Click the View Roster icon from the Sessions page. This opens the Session Roster page. Click Waitlist in the upper-right corner to open the waitlist.
  2. Go to ILT > Manage Events & Sessions. Click Waitlists in the upper-left corner of the page. Search for the event or session. The waitlist can be viewed by user or by session.

Administrators must have permission to manage waitlists in order to access and take actions on the waitlist page for a session.

Waitlisted users can view their waitlist requests by going to Learning > Interests and Waitlists. This page is available for users with permission to view their interests and waitlists.
