Emails can be created to communicate important information to recipients. Administrators associates emails with pre-defined triggers so that emails are automatically sent to recipients when specific circumstances occur, such as training that is due, a task is assigned, or a connection is requested. Email tags can be included in email templates, and they allow you to automatically substitute specific information, such as the user's name, due dates, etc. Emails can be configured to be sent to specific users as well as users in specific roles, such as the employee's manager.
