Knowledge Bank Item (Old) - Mark Complete

1. Click the View Your Transcript link
• The View transcript link can be accessed from the Home page or the Learn page
2. Click on Mark Complete link
• When the item is marked complete, the Status changes to Completed and only the Launch link remains under the Options column
