Form Management Status Report (Training Forms)

This report tracks data for the Training Form Management functionality and is only available for portals with this functionality. This report displays the status summary for training forms.

Form Management Status Report Grants access to Form Management Status report, which displays form task status summary by user. Note: By design, for any Track Employees report permission that is included in the Manager default security role, all of the manager's direct and indirect reports are included in the constraints, even if they are not selected in the permission constraints for the role. Filters

  • User Criteria - Select which users should be included in the report.
  • Form - Select the training form from the pop-up window.
  • Task - Select the training form task from the pop-up window.
  • Form Task Status - Select which training form task status should be included in the report.
  • User Task Status - Select which user task status should be included in the report.
  • User Status - Select this option to include inactive users in the report.

Output

  • Printable Version link to view the results in a web page, or Export to Excel link to save/open as an Excel file
