Form Management Status Report

This report tracks data for the Form Management functionality and is only available for portals with this functionality. This report displays status summary for compliance forms.

Form Management Status Report Grants access to Form Management Status report, which displays form task status summary by user. Note: By design, for any Track Employees report permission that is included in the Manager default security role, all of the manager's direct and indirect reports are included in the constraints, even if they are not selected in the permission constraints for the role. Filters

  • User Criteria - click user criteria from drop-down menu
  • Form - select from pop-up window
  • Task - select task from pop-up window
  • Form Task Status - select form task status from drop-down list
  • User Task Status - select user task status from drop-down list
  • User Status - check to include Inactive Users

Output

  • Printable Version link to view the results in a web page, or Export to Excel link to save/open as an Excel file
