View topics that users have been designated Topic Experts for and the number of questions they have answered.

Connect Topic Expert Report Grants access to Connect Topic Expert Report, which displays topics that users have been designated Topic Experts for and the number of questions they have answered. Reports - Connect

Filters

  • User Criteria - select user criteria to filter which topic experts are included in the report
  • User Status- select to include inactive topic experts
  • Display OU - select to include OU information and choose the OU field from the drop-down which will display as column in output
  • Group By - choose to group report by Expert or Topic

Output

  • link to view the results in a web page, link to save/open as an Excel file, or to export data to a tab delimited text file.
