Position Management - View Positions

A Position is a role or responsibility in the organization with a multilingual title, a unique identification number, and an assigned job.

You can edit general information for a Position and delete a Position. See See Position Management - Manage Positions.

Select the Positions tab for an overall view of all Positions.

Search Fields

Search for Positions by:

  • Title
  • Position ID
  • All current incumbents

Filter search results by:

  • Only Vacant Positions
  • Include Inactive Positions
  • Only Unbalanced FTE

Search results appear in the Positions table.

Add Position Button

Adds new Positions.

Position Table

The Positions table contains the following information:

  • Position Title - The position title. Select a Position Title to view or edit position details.
  • Assigned Job - The current assigned job of this position.
  • Position ID - The unique identifier for this position.
  • Status - The current status of this position. Options are Active or Inactive.
  • FTE - The current Full-time equivalent (FTE) of position.
  • Primary Incumbent - The current primary incumbent of this position.
