Position Management -Company Chart Overview

Administrators can use the Company Chart to view the Position Hierarchy in a graphical, Organizational Chart view.

The chart is a Position-based hierarchical reflection of all Parent Position relationships that show the structure of the organization.

The administrator can drill down their hierarchy to view a Position's direct and indirect reports and click on the box to view the Position information and details for all assigned Employees of that Position.

The following options are available:

  • Reporting Relationship - View the configured Position Hierarchy for the “Direct” or “Functional” Position Reporting Relationship.
  • Effective Date - View the configured Position Hierarchy for a selected Effective Date.

The Company Chart is always a full reflection of the Position Hierarchy and always shows all available Positions. Inactive Positions that have no hierarchical relationship are automatically excluded.
