The Performance Comment Assistant allows administrators to define words, sentences, or phrases that can be recommended to users who are entering comments on performance reviews. The Comment Assistant tool is only available to reviewers in performance reviews if it is enabled for performance reviews in Writing Tools. See Writing Tools Overview.

Comment Assistant - Add
To add a new comment assistant, click thelink. This adds a new entry to the table.
Each entry consists of a suggested comment and a category. Click the Save icon after entering a comment assistant.
Comment Assistant - Edit
Existing comment assistants can be edited by clicking the corresponding icon in the Options column.
Comment Assistant - Delete
Comment assistants cannot be deleted. However, a comment assistant can be edited and re-purposed with a different comment.
Comment Assistant - Translate
If multiple languages are enabled for your portal, select the Translate icon to translate the field into other available languages.

The categories that are available when creating or editing a comment assistant are managed in Writing Tools. See Writing Tools Overview.
