Support Central Overview

MySuccess was retired on 1 February 2019.

Support Central, the new Cornerstone Product Support portal is live! Click here to access Support Central.

Named Admins can now create, manage and track cases through Cornerstone's improved tools and processes.

We have lots of resources to support you with the transition:

  • Use the Access & Login Guide in the Welcome to Support Central playlist to help troubleshoot your login, including instructions for first time login. Click here to access the playlist.
  • Still can't log in? Cornerstone Product Support is here to help. Until 1 February 2019, you can submit a case through MySuccess or call in directly to support using your regular number.
  • Get a quick start with online training and a full FAQ in our Welcome to Support Central playlist. Click here to access the playlist.
  • Join one of our live Support Central info sessions for a brief demo and an opportunity to get your questions answered. Click here to access the available sessions.
  • Use Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Please note, using Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer results in a limited experience.

We're excited to continue building on the support experience. For example, you will soon be able to accelerate your path in the Product Support queue by providing a case number.
