SmashFly Reporting
SmashFly pipelining capabilities can be enhanced by porting details about candidates captured in the Applicant Tracking System to SmashFly. Contacts are added and updated with data from the Applicant Tracking System.
The following reports are available:

This report provides insight into a candidate’s current most advanced status in the Applicant Tracking System to facilitate educated marketing/sourcing decisions in SmashFly. At the most basic level, organizations with SmashFly typically want to know if a candidate is in one of the following general statuses:
- Actively being considered
- Hired
- Inactive/No longer being considered
Because candidates often apply to or are considered on multiple requisitions simultaneously, taking delta information can lead to candidates appearing to be “inactive” when they are indeed still active in process elsewhere. So, instead of taking statuses as they change, you receive a feed of all candidates in a “status of interest” (e.g., Actively being considered) that is sent on each iteration. SmashFly knows that a candidate has fallen out of process when the candidate is no longer present on the file.

The CRM2 Job List Status report provides job-level Status progression visibility for Contacts in SmashFly
The Advanced Pipeline Metrics report provides an aggregated view of job marketing source quality – extending the job marketing metric funnel to include quality thresholds as reflected by candidate progression.
These reports require nearly the same data and filters but are processed very differently in SmashFly. To cut development effort, many organizations will create a single extract and will then generate and deliver that extract twice to SmashFly – once for CRM2 and again for Advanced Pipeline Metrics. Advanced Pipeline Metrics and CRM2 use different data included in the file, but each process can ignore data that it does not need.
