View Shaker Assessment Results
The Shaker results will be available from the Application tab on the Applicant Profile page.

Applicants: View Assessment Integration Status |
Allows user to view the assessment integration check status on the Applications tab of the Applicant Profile page. The user cannot view the link to the detailed report of the assessment. This permission cannot be constrained. This permission is only available for portals that have an active assessments integration. This is the lowest level of permission for this functionality. Users with this permission can only view the assessment status; they cannot assign assessments or view assessment details. |

Assign Integration Assessment |
This email is triggered when an Edge integration assessment is assigned to an applicant, such as a WOTC assessment. This email can be configured as a notification or a reminder, and it can be sent to External Applicant, Internal Applicant, OU Approver, Hiring Manager, OU Approver, or a specific user. This email only triggers when a successful response is received from the vendor. Note: The APPLICANT.INTEGRATION.ASSESSMENT.LINK tag must be included in the email. This tag provides a link that the applicant can click to access the assessment. Note about Auto-Assignment of Pre-Employment Verifications: This email also applies to auto-assignment of pre-employment verifications, via the Automated Candidate Progression (Early Adopter) functionality. Assessment Order Is Placed
After placing a successful assessment order request, Shaker will process the request, and the following fields will be available under the Application tab of the Applicant Profile page.
- Assigned - This field displays the date on which the assessment order request is assigned to the applicant.
- Vendor Product ID - This field displays the ID of the assessment package assigned to the applicant.
- Status - This field displays a status of Acknowledged.
If the assessment order fails, the Status field displays "Error." The error description will be displayed on the user interface.
Applicant Initiates/Completes Assessment
When the applicant has initiated and/or completed the assessment, the following fields display in the Application tab:
- Assigned - This field displays the date on which the assessment order request is assigned to the applicant.
- Vendor Product ID - This field displays the ID of the assessment package assigned to the applicant.
- Status - This field displays the overall status of the assessment request. The following are the possible values:
- Acknowledged
- In Progress
- Complete
- Cancelled
Note: The Shaker application enables you to define what the In Progress status means. The In Progress status could mean when the applicant clicks the first question or when the applicant is directed to the assessment.
- Pass - This field displays the applicant’s overall assessment results. The following are the possible values:
- Pass
- Fail
- View Report - This field displays the link that will direct the recruiter to view a more detailed report of the applicant’s assessment results in Shaker.
- Status - This field displays the status of the applicant’s assessment. The following are the possible values:
- In Progress
- Complete
- Cancelled
- Result - This field displays the maps to the Additional Scores field in the Shaker application. Note: If you are not using the field in Shaker, the field will be visible in Cornerstone.
- Custom Result - This field displays the textual score grouping of the assessment results. The field maps to the Band field in the Shaker application. Note: If you are not using the field in Shaker, the field will be visible in Cornerstone.
- Details - This field displays the maps to the Comments field in the Shaker application. Note: If you are not using the field in Shaker, the field will be visible in Cornerstone.
- Score - This field displays the numeric score value of the applicant’s assessment results. The field maps to the Overall Score field in the Shaker application.
If the Integration Assessment Completed email is configured and active in Email Administration, then this email is triggered when the applicant completes the assessment.
Frequently Asked Questions

When an applicant, who has previously completed a Shaker assessment, applies to a different requisition and is assigned a Shaker assessment, Shaker will review the request to determine if the scores are valid based on your organization’s expiration policy. If the applicant’s score is still valid, then Shaker will send the results of the original assessment to your portal. If the applicant’s scores have expired, then Shaker will prompt the candidate to retake the assessment.
