In order for applicants to be assigned the First Advantage (FADV) background check, the applicant's status must be changed to the custom FADV status. The status can be changed by clicking the action on the Manage Applicants page for the desired applicants.
Changing an applicant's status is existing functionality that is unchanged with this enhancement. For detailed information about changing an applicant's status, see the Manage Applicants - Change Status topic in Online Help.
