Enable Mobile Widget - Engage

When creating a campaign, administrators can configure the survey associated with the campaign to be deployed via email or the mobile app. In order for users to access Engage surveys via the Mobile app, the Engage widget must be enabled on the Mobile Dashboard Preferences.

To access Mobile Dashboard Preferences, go to ADMIN > TOOLS > CORE FUNCTIONS > CORE PREFERENCES > MOBILE Dashboard.

To enable the Engage widget on the Mobile Dashboard:

  1. On the Mobile Dashboard preferences page, toggle the Turn On Engage Widget switch to the on position.
  2. Click the Save button at the bottom of the Mobile Preferences page. The Engage widget will be available to mobile users after saving.
