Learning Loads Deprecation: Ability to perform learning data loads using Data Load Wizard will be deprecated with and end-of-life in the October '21 Release. Edge Import replaces this functionality. When loading data, you can load a file of session data. When you start the wizard, you can select which type of data you are loading. The maximum number of records that can be uploaded in a Session file is 10,000.
If you are using the Data Load Wizard to set up your portal, you should begin by loading the organizational units, and then users. Then, load the events to which the sessions will be associated.
When a file of sessions is loaded, a unique Session Reference Number must be specified for each row of data in the file. The Session Reference Number is the unique identifier for each session and is defined by the administrator when loading the data. When updating existing session data, the Session Reference Number of the existing data must be referenced. Session Reference Numbers are not displayed within the system and must be tracked by the administrator.
A Locator Number and Learning Object (LO) ID is automatically created when a session is created via the Data Load Wizard.

To start the Data Load Wizard, go to Learning option and click . When uploading learning data, you must first select the type of learning you are loading. See Load Session Data - Step 2 - Select Type., and then click . The Data Load Wizard opens to the Get Started tab. Select the
