Content Studio - View Collection Details
The Collection Details page displays all of the relevant information and actions for the collection.
To access Content Studio, go to Content Studio link.. Then, select the
To view the details of a collection, go toor . Then, select the appropriate collection tile.

The header displays the following details about the collection:
- Courses - This displays the total number of courses included in the collection.
- Duration - This displays the cumulative duration of all courses included in the collection.
- Creator - This displays the name of the curator who created the collection.
When the collection is published, the header also displays the following details about the publication:
- Published as - This displays a link to the collection published as a playlist in the Learning Management System. Administrators can select this link to further configure the playlist in the Learning Management System.
- Publication date -
- Publisher - This displays the name of the curator who published the collection.
When viewing a collection for which you are the reviewer, you may have the option to publish the collection to your Cornerstone CSX platform as a playlist. This option is only available to the collection reviewer, and it is only available if the reviewer has permission to create playlists in the CSX platform.
To publish the collection, select the See Content Studio - Publish Collection as a Playlist.button in the collection header.
Set or Change Reviewer? Send for Review?
Collection creators can send their collection to another Content Studio curator for review and publishing. Only the person who is designated as the reviewer can publish the collection. A reviewer can share feedback with the collection creator using comments.
Only the collection creator can send a collection for review or change the selected reviewer.
To send the collection for review, select thebutton in the collection header.
To change the reviewer for your collection and send it for review, select thebutton in the collection header.

To add a comment for a collection, select the See Content Studio - Add a Comment for a Collection.button in the collection header or scroll to the bottom of the Collection Details page. This option is available to anyone.
By default, Content Studio displays all courses in the collection. The results may be reduced by applying additional filters.
The primary filters are displayed at the top of the courses list. Select values from these filters to view specific courses.
To view all available filters, select the All filters link in the upper-right corner of the page. A Filters flyout opens. Select values from the appropriate filters, and then select Apply filters.
Additionally, you can search for a course using the Search content field above the primary filters.
Remove a Filter
All of the selected filters are displayed at the top of the search results page. To remove a selected filter, select the X next to the appropriate filter. To remove all selected filters, select the Clear all filters link.
View Course Details
To view the details of a course, select the appropriate course tile. See Content Studio - View Course Details.
To view a quick view of a course, hover over a course tile and select the Quick view link. See Content Studio - View Course Quick View.
