Content Studio - Delete Courses From a Collection

Collection creators can remove courses from a collection.

To access Content Studio, go to Content > Content Studio. Then, select the Content Studio link.

To remove courses from a collection, go to Curation > Your collections. Then, select the tile for the appropriate collection. Select the Manage content menu, and then select Delete Courses.

The Delete Courses menu option is available to the collection creator and reviewer.

Select Courses to Remove From the Collection

To remove one or more courses from the collection, select the checkbox in the upper-right corner of the course tile. Then, select the Delete selected button at the bottom of the screen.

A confirmation pop-up opens to confirm the action.

Select Yes, delete to remove the selected courses from the collection.

Filter Results

By default, Content Studio displays all courses in the collection. The results may be reduced by applying additional filters.

The primary filters are displayed at the top of the search results page. Select values from these filters to reduce the results.

To view all available filters, select the All filters link in the upper-right corner of the page. A Filters flyout opens. Select values from the appropriate filters, and then select Apply filters.

Additionally, you can search for a course using the Search content field above the primary filters.

Remove a Filter

All of the selected filters are displayed at the top of the search results page. To remove a selected filter, select the X next to the appropriate filter. To remove all selected filters, select the Clear all filters link.

View Course Details

To view the details of a course, select the appropriate course tile. See Content Studio - View Course Details.
