Manage Content Refresh - Removed Content

The Manage Content Refresh page now includes a Removed Content tab that displays all courses that have been removed in the past 90 days. Learner consumption data is displayed to enable administrators and curators to understand the impact the removal might have on their learner base.

To access Content Studio, go to Content > Content Studio. Then, select the Content Studio link.

To view the Manage Content Refresh - Removed Content page, select the Configuration menu, select the Manage content refresh option, and then select the Removed content tab.

The following information is displayed for each remove course:

Content title
Provider
Total learners last quarter - This displays the total number of learners in your portal who viewed the content in the past three complete months.
Total learners all time - This displays the total number of learners in your portal who viewed the content at any time.
Date of removal

Consumption data is updated monthly at the end of each month. The last updated date can be viewed at the bottom of the page.

Considerations

All consumption data is from within the customer's learning instance and it is updated monthly.

Implementation

This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations with content using Content Studio.
