Cornerstone Content - Deactivation

If you decide not to renew a content product, Cornerstone is under contractual obligation to deactivate the content within one day of the contract end date. Cornerstone performs regular audits to ensure that all expired content is deactivated in a timely manner.

Once courses are deactivated, Registered or In Progress users can no longer launch or access the content, regardless of provider.

Note: It is not possible to perform a hard delete of uploaded content. When content is deactivated, the courses are inactive and cannot be accessed in the system or launched from users’ transcripts. Course and usage history may still be available using reporting.
