Cornerstone HR	Effective Dating Time Zone	Prior to this enhancement, Effective Dating on the user record was based on the administrator’s time zone. With this enhancement, Effective Dating is based on the target user’s time zone. This applies when viewing a user's User Record page and when modifying the user record.
