Past Requests Page Enhancements

The following enhancements have been made to the Past Requests page:

  • New look and feel
  • Search by requested by username, ID, or email address
  • Search by certification title
  • Filter by Request Type
  • Pagination moved to the bottom
  • A new filter for Request Date
  • A View Details link beside each item. The View Details opens a flyout that includes:

    • User Status

    • Organizational Units

    • Approval or denial comments

To access the Past Requests page, go to CERTIFICATIONS > CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENT > MANAGE PENDING REQUESTS > PAST REQUESTS.
