Reporting Fields - Learning
With the March '23 Release, new fields have been introduced to the Learning area of Reporting 2.0:
- Training > Training Details fields have been added
- Certifications fields have been added
Training Details
The following new fields have been added to the Training > Training Details section of Reporting 2.0:
Default Language |
This field displays the default language for the learning object. |

Original Approval Applied? |
This field displays whether the training allows subsequent instances of the training to be approved based on the original approver. |

Multiple Assignments Allowed? |
This field displays whether the training can be assigned to the same user more than once. |

Multiple Requests Allowed? |
This field displays whether users can request the training more than once. |

Thumbnail URL |
This field may contain the Cornerstone system value that is generated when a file is added as a thumbnail to a learning object or a full URL entered by an administrator. The value in the thumbnail URL can be used to download the original thumbnail file or navigate to the originate URL. If the full URL path is not displayed, and this item has the Cornerstone-generated system ID, an example of the URL that could be used in conjunction with the thumbnail URL to download the original file is:
https://[yourportalname].csod.com/clientimg/[yourportalname]/LoThumbnail_Upload/[Reporting 2.0 Thumbnail URL value]

Certifications
The following new fields have been added to the Certifications section of Reporting 2.0:

This field displays the current expiration date for the current certification period. |

Upon release, this enhancement is available for all portals with Reporting 2.0.
