Reporting Fields - Check-Ins

With the November '22 Release, the following updates have been made to Reporting 2.0:

  • New Check-Ins fields have been added
  • New Check-Ins > Check-In Follow-Up Assignee fields have been added
  • New Check-Ins > Check-In Note Owner fields have been added

With this enhancement, the following new fields are added to the Check-Ins section of Reporting 2.0:

Check-In Follow-Up Completed True if a user has marked the follow-up as completed. Text

Incomplete follow-up: "No"

Completed follow-up: "Yes”

Check-In Follow-Up Content This field displays the text description of the follow-up action to be taken. Text N/A
Check-In Follow-Up Due Date The target date for completing the follow-up. Date N/A
Check-In Follow-Up Sequence Number This field displays the index of the follow-up in the list of follow-ups extracted from the note. Numeric N/A
Check-In Note Content The text content of the note. Text N/A
Check-In Note Type This field displays whether the note is Collaborative (editable by all participants) or Individual (editable only by the participant who owns it).  Numeric

0 = Collaborative: the note is conceptually owned by all participants. ​

1 = Individual: the note is owned by a participant, but visible to all.​

With this enhancement, the following new fields are added to the Check-Ins > Check-In Follow-Up Assignee section of Reporting 2.0:

User Full Name This displays the full name of the participant responsible for completing the follow-up. Text N/A
User ID This displays the User ID of the participant responsible for completing the follow-up. Text N/A

With this enhancement, the following new fields are added to the Check-Ins > Check-In Note Owner section of Reporting 2.0:

User Full Name For an individual note, this field displays the full name of the participant who can edit it. All participants can edit collaborative notes. Text

For individual notes (type = 1): the Cornerstone full user name of the participant that owns the note.​

For collaborative notes (type = 0): always 0, indicating "owned by all participants".​

User ID For an individual note, this field displays the User ID of the participant who can edit it. All participants can edit collaborative notes. Text

For individual notes (type = 1): the Cornerstone User ID of the participant that owns the note.​

For collaborative notes (type = 0): always 0, indicating "owned by all participants".​

Implementation

Upon implementation, this enhancement is available for all portals with Reporting 2.0.
