Edge Import - Display "No Records Found" for Post Process of a Load
Prior to this enhancement, customers were not notified if an Edge Import load was not successful due to having no eligible records. This is because for post processing, reports only show errors, so if there are no records sent to post processing, there would not be any notification in the report.
With this enhancement, when a load is not successful due to having no eligible records, a "No records found for post-processing" message is now provided in the Post Processing section of the Load Details page.
How Does this Enhancement Benefit My Organization?
With a new descriptive message available in the post process step when no eligible records are found, customers can resolve the issue themselves or provide better information when requesting support.
This functionality is automatically enabled for all organizations using Edge Import.
The following existing permissions apply to this functionality:
