  • The following new columns have been added to the SF-182 Request Management page:
    • User Status
    • Identifier
  • The SF-182 Requests - Manage permission can be constrained by User Self and Subordinates

Considerations

  • The following new permissions must be assigned to any users who should have the ability to complete or remove SF-182 requests in bulk:
    • SF-182 Requests - Complete (Note: An approver with this permission can mark any approved SF-182 form complete even if they are not in the form's approval workflow.)
    • SF-182 Requests - Remove
  • Bulk actions on the SF-182 Request Management page are limited to 100 requests at a time.
  • When utilizing bulk actions on the SF-182 Request Management page, options for managing requests individually (such as approve, deny, edit, etc.) are not available.

Implementation

This functionality is automatically available in all portals with SF-182 form functionality enabled.
