SF-182 Preferences - Digital Signature

A new preference is available on the SF-182 Preferences page, which allows digital signatures to be captured on SF-182 forms. Administrators can configure this preference.

To access SF-182 Preferences, go to ADMIN > CONFIGURATION TOOLS > PREFERENCES. Then, click the Set SF-182 Preferences (by Division) link.

Use Digital Signature

To enable the use of digital signatures on SF-182 forms:

  1. Navigate to the Miscellaneous tab of the SF-182 Preferences page.
  2. Select the Use Digital Signature checkbox.
  3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Your preference changes will be saved, and digital signatures will be enabled for SF-182 forms in your portal.

Considerations

  • Digital signatures can only be used for SF-182 forms if single sign-on (SSO) has been enabled in the portal.
