Reporting Fields - Learning
With the May '22 Release, the following updates have been made to Reporting 2.0:
- New source information fields have been added to help administrators link sessions to their parent events
- New certification creation fields have been added to allow administrators to report on who created a certification and when
- The Vendor section added to Reporting 2.0 in Feb '22 has been removed. The new Vendor fields added to Reporting 2.0 during the Feb '22 release have been moved to the Training Provider section of Reporting 2.0
- The Vendor Name and Vendor Active fields added to Reporting 2.0 in Feb '22 have been removed because the existing Training Provider and Training Provider Active fields capture the same information
New Fields
Certification Fields
The following new field has been added to the Certifications section of Reporting 2.0:

The following new field has been added to the Certifications > Creator section or Reporting 2.0:

User Full Name | This field displays the first and last name of the system user who created the certification. |
Source Fields
The following new fields have been added to the Training > Source section of Reporting 2.0:

Updated Fields
The following existing fields have been moved to the Training > Training Provider section of Reporting 2.0:
Considerations
- Following this enhancement, reports that contain the six fields that were moved to the Training Provider section will continue to run.
- If a report contained the Vendor Name or Vendor Active fields:
- The fields will be removed from the report
- If either of these fields are being used as filters, they will be removed from the filters
- If either of these fields are used in a chart, the chart will no longer exist
Implementation
This functionality is automatically enabled in all portals using the Learning module and Reporting 2.0.
