Q: In what scenarios is a training item’s registration number incremented?
A: The most common scenarios in which a training item’s registration number can be incremented are:
- When Express Class is used to complete training for a user who previously had the same training on their transcript
- When the Learning Assignment Tool (LAT) assigns training to users with the Assign New Occurrence option selected
- When training is self-requested or directly assigned after it has been completed
- When removed training is reassigned via direct assignment or via the Learning Assignment Tool (LAT) with the Assign New Occurrence option selected (even when the previous registration was not completed).
Q: What training types are supported for manager removal?
A: All training types except certifications, assessments, and cohorts are supported for manager removal.
Q: In what scenario can training with an incremented registration number NOT be removed by a manager?
A: Training with a registration number that was incremented due to being reassigned by an administrator via the Learning Assignment Tool (LAT) cannot be removed by a manager.
