Q: What users will be affected by assignment due date changes?​

A: Due date modifications apply to users who are added to the assignment after the due date changes are made. Users included in recurring assignments are also affected. Users assigned prior to the due date modifications will not be affected.

Q: Will emails be sent out with due date changes?

A: Yes, due date emails will be sent if email options were originally configured for the assignment.

Q: If there are multiple overlapping assignments with the same training and different due dates, which due date will apply after the due date edits are made?

A: Editing an overlapping assignment's due date will change the most recent registration's due date to the edited date.

Q: Does changing the assignment due date affect or change the due date of child training within curricula?

A: No, changing the assignment's due date does not affect or change the due date of child training within curricula; only the parent level due date is changed. This mirrors the behavior that occurs when creating a new learning assignment. An assignment's due date does not affect or change the due date of child training within curricula.

Q: Will completed users be affected by due date changes?
